PROJECT: Renovation of Existing Residence

LOCATION : Old Westbury, N.Y.

Program: Renovation and additions to existing residence.  Renovation to be a complete re-working of existing space to include new kitchens, dining areas, living areas on the first floor.   New first floor entry area to be included in house to create a "sense of entrance" to the existing building.  New garage areas are to be constructed on the first floor.  The second floor of the residence will have the existing bedrooms re-worked to create space for the homeowners children, while also creating a separate master bedroom suite.
