Whether you have contacted us because of our design expertise, our skill in building, or both, we are committed to providing any or all of the appropriate services that result in creating a successful project for you.

Our architectural agreement is written in such a way that our client has complete flexibility regarding construction pricing options and award of the construction contract.

Negotiating

At the owner’s request, we develop a proposal for construction services prior to the completion of the Construction Documents. Design solutions are re-worked, alternate materials selected, and scope of work revised in order to create a project that meets the Owners needs. After the Owner accepts the proposal, we complete the Construction Documents to reflect the actual design and scope of work.

In the event that the each party cannot negotiate a construction price, the Owner may still elect to place the project out to bid. If this is the case, then Boulevard Planning P.C. will remain as the Architect of Record and will not bid on the project in the interest of providing a fair environment for the other bidders.
