Our organization was formed in the spirit of promoting quality design and construction under the direction of Licensed Architects, Licensed Engineers, and Licensed Master Carpenters.  Boulevard Planning is a multi-disciplined office, providing architectural and construction management services as a closely coordinated package. 

    Program development and refinement is emphasized in the early stages of a project, to attempt to minimize costly and time-consuming changes later on.  Although this is not always possible, especially in a renovation project, this is the goal that we strive for.  Computer aided design is utilized in every project, to improve accuracy, coordination, and response time when changes are necessary.  Boulevard Planning enjoys a favorable reputation with our clients, and has built a solid reputation with both our sub-contractors and government officials.
