A graduate of New York Institute of Technology, John quickly set out to work providing all-in-one architectural and construction services to clients big and small on Long Island and in NYC.
John's client-focused approach combined with his industry expertise allows him to exceed objectives and tackle unforeseen challenges.

Erik is responsible for overseeing architectural drafting, design, rendering, and permitting services at Boulevard Planning's design division called John E. Stumpf P.C.
In addition to extensive residential design experience, Erik is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He has over 5
years of experience in Civil Site Planning, Engineering and Land Development. Erik also has over 5 years of experience in Roadway Transporation Engineering.
